Blaine Cate started his career over 40 years ago after graduating from San Jose State University with a business degree in real estate. Blaine has held a Broker’s license since 1978 and resided in Sunnyvale California for over 40 years .

Happily married for 31 years, Blaine and his wife are the guardians of brother and sister rescue cats.

Since 1978 Blaine has specialized in the Cherry Chase area of Sunnyvale and he’s also a resident.
